Research & Sketching
At the start of the project, three concepts were defined. Each concept was based on three key words.
Concept 01: Wave // Earth // Innovative
Concept 02: Leader // Legacy // Innovative
Concept 03: Agricultural // Legacy // Innovative
We explored each concept down to a final logo design with examples of the logo in application on print and digital marketing materials and physical products (Tractor body, steering wheel, clothing, mugs, etc.)
Below is the iteration process we went through to get to the final ox symbol. We also had an assist from Dick Steiner on the final sketch that would become the final logo.
After a company-wide vote followed by minor tweaks to the typesetting of the word TILMOR and developing an unofficial brand guidelines, we landed on the Tilmor logo featured above.
